MOTIVATION: insane, blinding, pounding headache.
Yesterday was Yom Kippur, so I fasted. That was the easy part. I even did a light yoga class in the early part of the day which felt actually kind of awesome. It wasn’t until I ate again that I felt awful. Like, super awful. Even after one day is it true about breaking back in. I mean, all I ate was salad and pasta, but yikes my stomach was PISSED. But that wasn’t the worst part of it....
