i've been doing sun salutations and a few other postures every morning when i wake up
and am trying to run 2-3 times a week
and doing plyos

And then she'd score us a ride home with one of the hottie boys she was always "friends" with... meanwhile they were all in love with her. : ) And somehow we always ended up at Taco Bell... In retrospect, thinking about eating taco bell after a hard run...ew.
Even if the last thing I saw him in was Cruel Intentions, well, here he is talking about working out. http://menshealth.com/mhlists/ryan-phillippe-workout/index.php
