MOTIVATION: Karen preps for the DC MUD RUN!
Karen: i'm really excited
but i really need to motivate and run
i've been doing sun salutations and a few other postures every morning when i wake up
and am trying to run 2-3 times a week
and doing plyos
i'm scared that i can't run a 5k
**I bet she does it and finishes with flying colors. Karen and I used to be cross country buds. We'd sweat it out running around the ghetto-tastic neighborhood our school was in. And then she'd score us a ride home with one of the hottie boys she was always "friends" with... meanwhile they were all in love with her. : ) And somehow we always ended up at Taco Bell... In retrospect, thinking about eating taco bell after a hard run...ew.

Cool or uncool? Read MORE here.
