Keep on beginning and failing. Each time you fail, start all over again, and you will grow stronger until you have accomplished a purpose…not the one you began with perhaps, but one you’ll be glad to remember.

dailyMYB: TEARS OF SWEAT.
We’ve all been there. Maybe it’s a fitness babe thing, but I’m guessing it’s hit a couple dudes along the way. You’re in a dark cycling class and it’s 45 minutes into the 50 minute set. You’re pushing way past your comfort zone and just when your mind can’t push your body through one more pedal, your gut releases that extra supply of courage and your legs speed up again. Meanwhile your instructor is yelling motivational quotes in the air and while during minutes 1 - 44 you weren’t really feeling it, all of a sudden the words are speaking directly to you and only you. It’s like the instructor knows exactly what kind of tough day, rough week or challenging month you’ve had and is personally talking directly at you. As your legs speed through and your heart is about to explode out of your chest and your last bits of energy are sweating out of every pore, it hits you: “WTF am I crying?!”
It’s not always a weeping sad cry. It’s more of a moist eye release — in technical terms. But in non-technical terms, it’s all that BS we keep deep down inside coming out. It’s all that crap we stress over and the anxiety was obsess over exiting the body. When we sweat and workout, we don’t just release toxins and energy — emotions are wrapped up in that, too. Whether it’s at the end of a yoga class on a heavy day, during a tough workout class you barely survived or a long run you push yourself through to reach your maximum mileage, sometimes your insides need to sweat it out too. And that’s what we call “tears of sweat.” Let it all out!
