Heartbroken at the scene in Boston today. But knowing that out of all this horror, stories of heroism from runners, spectators, families, volunteers, workers, law enforcement, Bostonians and first responders will emerge. Feeling more determined than ever to keep running and racing. The spirit of running and human achievement lives on. #boston #foreverrun / on Instagram http://bit.ly/117if6N High-res

Awesome, will do! Thanks!!

MOTIVATION: revolutionizing the dinner party.
We’ve all been there. The dreaded big group dinner. Whether it’s a group birthday party, an expensive bachelorette celebration or a girls night out, you might as well throw $200 bucks down the toilet. And don’t forget to get ready for an upset stomach, limited healthy menu options and a random guy sitting next to you who refuses to agknowledge that you just dropped “my boyfriend” in every sentence since he sat down and started hitting on you. And you didn’t actually expect to talk to the guest of honor, did you?!
Well, last night I was lucky enough to get an invite to the answer to all your big group dinner woes! Two @NutritionSchool grads (and friends!), Caline of Health with Caline + Danielle of Vital Dish have launched The Seasonable Social, a private cooking class + dinner party business that offers group classes and private events in the NYC area featuring originally created recipes tailored to fit all kinds of events. While last month’s event featured healthy “game day” eats, last night’s focus was gluten-free recipes using whole foods and none of those wannabe-healthy “gluten-free” processed faux-foods. Check outwww.moveyourbootyeats.tumblr.com for the delicious Kale Salad with Mape Dressing recipe that Caline + Danielle created!
Instead of dining out with your friends in a super loud and expensive restaurant, #SeasonableSocial is awesome because you’re in a kitchen with your friends, drinking wine, learning cooking tricks of the trade, cooking up your own dinner and learning new recipes and ingredients along the way. THEN you’re dining together and digging in just like you would a restaurant, but this time you’re chowing down on your very own creations! Now show me some fancy Manhattan restaurant that can do that?!
Want to bring @TheSeasonableSocial over for your next event? Want to attend their next group class? Connect with them over at The Seasonable Social Facebook page and get seasonably social! Thanks Caline, Danielle and everyone in the class last night! High-res
