MOTIVATION: FREEDOM.
It’s July 4th, Independence Day. Today is about freedom and having the ability to do what we want. Sometimes we may not feel that way. We might feel frustrated in situations and feel trapped. We might feel pressured into things. We might feel stuck in a rut. But when it comes to FITNESS, we truly do have freedom. And it’s a freedom we don’t always embrace. If you’re stuck in a fitness rut, feel the freedom to ditch what isn’t working for you and try something else. Feel the freedom to try something and fail or stumble along the way. Feel free to find a different side of yourself. Even feel the freedom to BEGIN. Feel a freedom to be anything you want to be and do anything you want to do. If you don’t get freedom everywhere in your life, you have it in FITNESS. Maybe it sounds hokey, but it’s a space that’s all yours to do with what you please. And that is truly freedom at its finest.
