MOTIVATION: working out doesn’t have to totally suck!
“Ugh, I hate working out.” How often do you hear that? The answer: a lot. People hate working out. And as a result, we’re a nation of fatties. But maybe the problem stems from the root of what we THINK a workout is defined as. 
Newsflash: Your workout doesn’t have to suck. You can be stuck in other life situations that are unavoidable or frustrating. But as far as fitness goes, you have the ability to make it fun and something you enjoy. In today’s world there are too many options out there to settle on a sad corner of a sad gym on a gross mat with broken down fitness machines surrounding you. (Ugh, I just got incredibly depressed.) From iPhone apps to at-home DVDs to workout classes galore, free class first-time trials, etc — there are too many options out there to be ignored.
Being active doesn’t have to be defined as a gym-only workout. It literally means just that—be active, get moving, move your booty. And while you’re at it, make it something you enjoy!! It’s your workout after all…  High-res
