So proud of all the MYBsocial action going on with MYBers rallying their buddies to join them on a workout. We MYB better when we MYB together! From biking to bikram, yoga to PX90, racing, hiking, bootcamps, Nike Training Club, the elliptical, volleyball and mile after mile after mile, you guys ROCKED!!
Think how far you’ve come in your fitness from April. Where were you just a month ago and where are you today? So impressed with ALL of you!! You did this! You achieved it with your hard work and dedication!

MYBsocial: Connecticut run edition. 

A Sunday morning 3 miler with my favorite husband-and-wife running team, Stuart and Matt. It brought back memories of our shared 2006 New York Marathon! Felt amazing to run through the fresh air and scenery. Good run to prep for next weekend’s Philly Broad Street Run! High-res

Nothing like running with my sister in Charlotte, NC surrounded by nature on the Sugar Creek Greenway, running through parks of my youth, listening to the Nascar Race on my iPhone, waving to friendly runners and bikers along the route, and smelling the sweetness of North Carolina honeysuckle to make me recall my southern roots.

Think about the types of workouts each of your friends do—some bike around the city, others do bikram yoga, some do Crossfit, others do core workouts, some do dance classes, others do cycling classes. What if you could create a monthly date that brought a bunch of your friends together to try your other friends’ workouts? 
That’s JUST what we did yesterday morning. When a big celebratory dinner was canceled and rescheduled for my seven friends and me, we decided to change it up. Instead, we replaced it with a Saturday morning group  Core Fusion workout and brunch. MYBsocial*! Sure, a big boozy, fun, and frolicking dinner would have been fun, but when was the last time you gathered your buddies to get your sweat on together? WAY more fun than trudging through a workout alone. AND the added fun of trying a new workout you’ve never done.
*An MYBsocial is when you get your friends together to have a workout/hangout MYB style! And we’re all supposed to complete FOUR this month in order to reach our april ACTION goal! 

Get a couple of friends together and try your first MYBsocial - then email me about it!
