When you workout, you’re shedding layers of everything you carry around all day. All the stress, all the anxiety, all the frustration just slips away as the sweat drips off our bodies. You’re physically shaking off everything you don’t need. Releasing it into the wind. Let it go. You don’t need it. The you inside who is ready to face obstacles with a calm heart and a tempered mind is waiting within to be unleashed. Find who you really are in your run, in your yoga class, basketball game, cycling class or wherever/however you get your MYB on. Find out just how far you can go. Reveal just how strong your are. Uncover a stronger, more powerful and capable you beneath all the bullshit. Find yourself in your MYB. And sweat the rest of that crap out.
