This isn’t your job, your schooling — this is YOUR recess, your play time, your sweat time, your head time, your soul work time. So WORK it! Do the workout YOU wanna do. Do something crazy! Do something different from everyone else. Do something old school. Rock the style you wanna rock, rock the music you wanna listen to, run your own route, go to the class you wanna hit up, do the activity that gets you pumped up — forget everything else! Stray from the pack. Wonder into something unknown. Bust through self-imagined barriers. Step outside what you THINK you can do—go even further.
