GET HOT JULY: Day #2!
MOTIVATION: IDENTIFY WHAT’S HOLDING YOU BACK
You’ve got one month to hit 22 workouts. There’s no time to waste. Pinpoint what works and propels you forward vs. what holds you back. If scheduling your workouts beforehand works, do it every week. If reaching out to friends to schedule workout dates works, do that too. If there are any problems, obstacles, frustrations that stop your fitness goals, replace them, shake them off and quit them all together. Whether it’s your routine, workout time of day, activity, frame of mind, whatever. Get in there, figure it out and get it outta there. The best way to do that is to get moving through trial and error. You won’t work through it by sitting back and waiting. This month is about finding a way to succeed — any way, any how. Get moving!

GET HOT JULY: Day #1!
Welcome to MoveYourBooty’s JULY Workout Challenge!
This month, your goal is to hit 22 workouts.
I have 3 rules:
1) A “workout” can take many shapes!
Everything from walking to running, yoga, weightlifting, biking, zumba, abs, Nike Training Club, swimming, walking instead of taking public transit or driving, a jog/walk, running your errands, carrying home your groceries, walking home from work, biking to work, any workout class, stairs — it all counts! Get creative. Just get moving.
2) Make it social.
Invite your friends along. Make it a group effort. Maybe even have brunch after. Whatever you do, make your workouts social so that you all keep each other accountable and having fun. (Invite them to join the challenge - sign ups are open all week!)
3) Keep track of your workouts.
I’ll send you a link to the shared workout document where we can all keep track of our workouts. List your workouts there or keep track on your own. This way you can see all your hard work add up!
MOTIVATION: Come August, you’ll wish you’d started in July. Get moving!!
