So who else is in this MYB #marchmadness Workout Challenge you ask? Meet Eric & Beth (and Rufus)! 
Give this Brooklyn couple a couple o’ bikes and they’re off and running to all the coolest and most curious places in the New York area! Eric is an avid biker and CrossFitter while Beth is a Bikram yogi lover and also a cyclist (on a bike both in and outside of SoulCycle!). They’re both always inspiring me to explore all kinds of cool new stuff around the city — including new workouts! Beth kicked off her #marchmadness with a bike into work today and had this to say about the challenge.
“Without March Madness, I probably would have let today slip with it being Friday as my excuse. But with these challenges, I always find it’s so much better if I start off the month right and get lots of workouts in early on. It was such a nice sunny day too, glad I got out there!”
Keep up the awesome work guys! I’m sure Rufus get his fair share of workouts in, too! Love you and thanks for spreading the MYB love!

dailyMYB: 3 TIPS FOR DECEMBER CHALLENGERS.
So we’re one week into the December Workout Challenge. How’s it going?
Has it lit a fire under your booty to get moving? Are you digging the competition of the GROUP WORKOUT LOG? Does the challenge of kicking December’s booty before the oncoming New Year inspire you? Everybody loves a deadline, right? Or are you not feeling it? Are the workouts you’re doing not inspiring you? Are you kinda slacking? Be honest. Because the month is still young! And there’s still time to change up your game.
Here’s a few tips to get you through the month on track to hit your 22 workouts:
1) Don’t spring out of the gate. It’s awesome if you’re feeling awesome and pumping out the workouts. But it’s a marathon, not a sprint and you’re going to need a day off once in a while. Plan your days off as much as you plan your workouts.
2) Variety of workouts is key. Hardcore workouts are awesome, but so are chill out recuperative yoga sessions. Or low key cardio. Or walks home from work. Whatever your low key workout of choice—embrace it as much as you embrace the super sweaty sessions. This way you’re sure to get all your workouts in without burning out.
3) Get your friends involved. Peer pressure can be a good thing sometimes. Meeting a goal is way easier when there’s power in numbers. Get your buddies involved, meet them for workouts and share how your progress is going (on the WORKOUT LOG and off). Together we all can do this!
Keep it up people. Every single workout counts and they all count towards the bigger goal. Get creative. And don’t forget to have fun. You’re doing awesome already!
