This month you’ll hit up days and down days. Just keep going. You’ll rock out a 5 mile run one day and struggle to get through 2 miles. Just keep going. You’ll want to quit. Just keep going. You’ll feel unsure of it all. Just keep going. It’s far easier to put one foot in front of the other than sit back, panic and try to figure out what it all means, what you shoulda, coulda, woulda…. Just. Keep. Going. It’s the easiest thing to do in a moment of panic. Amidst the pain. Amidst the struggle. It’s simple really. Just keep going. It’s all we can do. And you’ll never be sorry you did. MOTIVATION: just keep going.
You ever have one of those workouts when you just didn’t think you had the strength in you to go on? You can’t keep up, you’re off beat, you’re out of sync and you’re just not feeling it. I had one of those Monday morning. I kept telling myself that whatever my head told my body it could do, it could do it. But it just wasn’t happening. Because my head was cloudy and half asleep. But of all the things I knew I had to do in that moment, I knew I had to just keep going. Keep moving! Keep pushing forward no matter what pace. I had dragged ass to get to an 8am workout class across 2 subways and 2 boroughs. I’d paid money to be there. I had to KEEP GOING! I had to let go of how I’d performed the day before or in previous workouts. This was today. And today I had to push through to be the best I could in this situation. No matter where you’re going or how you’re feeling, just KEEP GOING. Never stop trying. Never stop moving.

It can change how you feel, how you think, what you wear, how you walk and how you see yourself. Keep it up. Keep pushing. Keep trying to find your rhythm and get into your zone.
If the past month has been awesome and full of serious workouts for you, can you push yourself even that bit much further this very last week? If you’ve reached your goals can you even surpass them?? 
If your month has been tough and you’ve been struggling with your workouts, see this next week as a one week challenge. Give it all you’ve got. All that matters is that you JUST KEEP GOING. What we do know is that sitting still and going nowhere won’t lead us to the answers of any of those questions. We must stay in motion. Take risks. Push ourselves. Unless we try, or take one direction or the other, we’ll never know what’s possible. Keep trying, stay dedicated, push through the tough days to get to the smooth days. Keep going. Keep pushing. And with every step we’ll get closer to where we’re going—or perhaps closer to who we’ll be when we get there.
