When you think negatively and get frustrated or give up, you immediately defeat yourself. No sense in doing that. We’ve got enough things working against us. Be on your own side. Believe you can do this. Come back when you momentarily give up and try again. Your fitness and ability to sweat through what ails you is always there, ready and waiting. Focus on what you have accomplished instead of only what you have not. Imagine your potential. Embrace what is possible. Stay positive.
