LET GOALS GET YOU THERE.
Goals are the voice that get you out of bed in the morning. Goals are what stop you from hitting the snooze button. Goals are what make you believe you can do something bigger than you’ve ever done before. Goals push you past your boundaries. Goals take you out of your comfort zone. Goals take you into totally unchartered territory. Goals know you can do it. Goals will you forward. All you have to do is set them. And stick to them. And they will reward you. Every time.
MOTIVATION: enjoy the work.
Fitness is a time to play, to blow off steam, to get your sweat on. But it’s also a time to work. It’s a time to challenge yourself and push to your limits - and then go past them. Enjoy that hard work. Enjoy the instant gratification of accomplishment and achievement. Big wins and small - they’re all wins. Take pride in the work you’re doing. Be proud that it’s hard. Enjoy the work. Enjoy the progress that’s waiting for you on the other end.

We’re all works in progress when you get down to it. We’re constantly changing, evolving, learning, screwing up, getting better, stronger, faster and wiser. It’s not about getting to the end of some massive finish line. It’s about being your best every day and pushing yourself that much further past yesterday’s mark. Do the best you can do today, maybe even better than you thought you could. You have the potential for even greater things that you’re currently aiming for right now. Dare to think even bigger. Be proud of the daily grind. Be inspired by yesterday’s workout. Be motivated by the sweat session you skipped the other day. Be challenged by those who speed past you. And push yourself every day to achieve. We are all works in progress. Success is committing to continue to put in the work.
