MOTIVATION: just keep going.
You ever have one of those workouts when you just didn’t think you had the strength in you to go on? You can’t keep up, you’re off beat, you’re out of sync and you’re just not feeling it. I had one of those Monday morning. I kept telling myself that whatever my head told my body it could do, it could do it. But it just wasn’t happening. Because my head was cloudy and half asleep. But of all the things I knew I had to do in that moment, I knew I had to just keep going. Keep moving! Keep pushing forward no matter what pace. I had dragged ass to get to an 8am workout class across 2 subways and 2 boroughs. I’d paid money to be there. I had to KEEP GOING! I had to let go of how I’d performed the day before or in previous workouts. This was today. And today I had to push through to be the best I could in this situation. No matter where you’re going or how you’re feeling, just KEEP GOING. Never stop trying. Never stop moving.
