MOTIVATION: don’t be a self-hater.
Don’t be so quick to hate on yourself. People constantly put themselves down, the way they look, their size, shape or abilities. You wouldn’t treat your sister that way, your friends or loved ones. And you surely wouldn’t let anyone else treat them that way either. Why treat yourself like that? Don’t hate!
Drop that voice inside your head that focused on everything you’re not. And embrace the one that cheerleads you through tough workouts that make your realize all your body is capable of. That’s the only voice that should be tough on yourself. The one that says “Keep going! Push harder! Dig deep!” Support yourself to achieve. Once your mind believes your body will follow.
